Torsten Schneider is Head of HR at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft. Both professionally and privately, he lives the balancing act between consistency and change. His passion is to develop others (people and organizations) in an implementation-oriented way so that they can achieve their goals. Whether leadership, talent management or corporate development – he provides impulses and future-oriented approaches to solutions, promotes dialogue with those involved and affected during implementation and does everything in his power to ensure that things move forward.
