Torsten Schneider is Head of HR at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft. Both professionally and privately, he lives the balancing act between consistency and change. His passion is to develop others (people and organizations) in an implementation-oriented way so that they can achieve their goals. Whether leadership, talent management or corporate development – he provides impulses and future-oriented approaches to solutions, promotes dialogue with those involved and affected during implementation and does everything in his power to ensure that things move forward. Torsten does not consider knowledge to be the ”source of success”, but rather the ”experience gained from applying knowledge”. Torsten Schneider has more than 15 years of leadership and management experience, gained in corporate groups, medium-sized businesses, and owner-managed and partnership-based companies.
